How to Make Rice Milk (and Cream of Rice) in Nut Milk Maker
Makes 4 cups homemade rice milk
This recipe also can make Cream of Rice! Simply use 2 cups of water instead of 4 cups.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white rice, rinsed
- 2-4 cups filtered water
- Optional sweetener to taste: maple syrup, sugar, agave nectar or stevia extract
Directions
- Combine rice and water into nut milk maker.
- Set to RICE PASTE setting and cover with lid. It takes 27 minutes in the Novalife nut milk maker.
- Remove lid. Strain rice milk if desired using the nut milk bag alternative device I show in the video.
