In today’s video, I’m excited to share with you what I eat in a day as a plant-based Mom, and how I prepare delicious and nutritious meals from scratch. As someone who prioritizes a healthy lifestyle, I believe that meal prep is key to staying on track, which is why I’ll be sharing some of my favorite plant-based recipes and meal prep ideas that are easy to make and perfect for a busy day.

Cronometer App for Plant-Based Diet

I’ll also be giving you a sneak peek into my nutrition tracking process throughout the day using the Cronometer nutrition tracking app, where I log my daily food intake to ensure I’m meeting my nutritional needs. This is especially important for a plant-based diet, as it can be challenging to get enough protein and other essential nutrients on a plant-based diet.

I focused on a high protein diet this day and tracked about 88 grams of plant-based protein in the Cronometer app!
