• Simply whip 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative with 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar on high speed for three minutes.
• I found this stays whipped and creamy in the refrigerator for at least 2 days. It’s a great Cool Whip alternative.
• Perfect on Hot Chocolate or for vegan desserts.
• I’ve also used it in place of heavy cream in cooking recipes.
