What are Daniel Fast oatmeal bars?
Daniel Fast is a term used to describe the diet Daniel, from the Old Testament of the Bible, fasted during his time in captivity by the Babylonian king. This is a whole food plant based fast that does not included added sugars. These oatmeal bars are made without added sugar which makes them perfect for this fast.
