Meal prep containers
I recommend using Bentgo meal prep containers. These are inexpensive and reusable plastic containers with compartments and lids. These are great because of the compartments.
Also, because Bentgo containers are inexpensive, reuseable, and disposable, it’s not stressful to keep track of them. They come in big packs of 10 so you can buy one pack and meal prep all your lunches for a week in separate containers.
By pre-portioning Daniel Fast lunches you can simply grab-and-go. You don’t have to spend time each day packing lunches. This also helps you stick to the fast because if your fasting meals are already prepared, you’re more likely to eat them.

I like to store pieces of Daniel Fast bread in individual bags for easy grab-and-go as well.
