Daniel Fast dessert bowl
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 apple or persimmon, seeds removed and medium diced
- 1 orange, peeled, seeds removed and medium diced
- 4 dates, pitted, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) or 4 drops stevia extract
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl or two small serving bowls. Toss well to coat fruit in flavorings. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
