What is weekly vegan meal prep?
- Vegan meals is a term used to describe recipes which do not contain animal products such as meat, eggs, dairy, seafood or shellfish. Vegan meals considered a plant based diet.
- Meal prep is a term used to describe the process of preparing foods and cooking some or all of your meals for a specific time period.
- Weekly refers to meal prep which is performed daily, biweekly, weekly or even monthly.
Why meal prep vegan meals?
Meal prep is basically another term for home cooking.
Cooking at home is economical and fun! Preparing meals at home is helpful for sticking to a food budget, and it’s also a way of caring for others.
If you’re trying to stick to a plant based diet, preparing your meals at home is a great way to do this. You can prepare healthy and delicious meals from scratch at home with just a few simple ingredients and kitchen tools.
