Why meal prep meals?

I like to prepackage my meals for the week because it takes the decision making out of meal times. When I have meals already packaged into containers, all I have to do is either reheat or simply open the container to enjoy a meal.

My favorite brand of reusable plastic meal prep containers is Bentgo.
