If you like to make the same smoothies over and over again, I like to write the ingredients with a permanent marker on the container I'll use each time so I don't have to keep rewriting it each week.
Here’s a sample smoothie pack for a tropical smoothie:
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
This is enough for one smoothie serving. You can make multiple packs at once for a variety of smoothie options.
4. Freeze Your Smoothie Packs
Once your packs are prepared, place them in the freezer. Smoothie packs will stay fresh for up to 3 months, so feel free to prepare enough to last you a few weeks or longer. Make sure to store the packs flat to ensure the ingredients freeze evenly.
